Who I am

Christian Rippe

I'm an independent developer based in Germany, building the tools I actually want to use. My focus is on local-first AI — systems that run on the device in your pocket, not on someone else's cloud.

Cadris Technologies is my one-person studio. Every project starts from a concrete personal problem: how do I handle notifications hands-free? how do I write faster? how do I stay on top of information without getting buried?

I believe the most capable AI is the one that knows you, stays on your hardware, and has no interest in your data beyond helping you.

How I build

Principles

Three constraints I don't negotiate on.

Local first

If it can run on-device, it runs on-device. Your data doesn't leave your hardware unless you choose otherwise.

No third parties

No analytics, no SaaS dependencies in the critical path, no OAuth tokens on external servers. The system is closed by design.

Hands-free by default

If the AI needs your screen and both thumbs, it has failed. Every interaction should be completable by voice, gesture, or wearable.

Data & Hosting

Your data stays in Germany.

Unlike most AI applications, Cadris stores no data on foreign cloud servers. Everything runs on German infrastructure — by design, not as a compliance afterthought.

Alle Kundendaten liegen auf Servern in Deutschland — DSGVO-konform, nicht übertragbar an US-Behörden, kein Drittanbieter-Zugriff. Das ist kein Versprechen, sondern Architektur.

Im Abo-Modell richtet Cadris einen eigenen virtuellen Server für den Kunden ein — vollständig konfiguriert, abgesichert und bereit. Der Kunde hat volle Kontrolle; Cadris übernimmt Setup und optional laufende Wartung. Kein geteilter Multi-Tenant-Server, kein Vendor-Lock-in.
